List of Dirty Jokes in Disney Movies

Now, at first glance, Disney and Pixar movies are made for kids. They're animated! They're marketed for kids with merchandise that includes toys, lunch boxes, and sheets that would not fit any bed an adult could comfortably sleep in! It's Disney, for crying out loud. Disney makes stuff for kids! Or ... do they? See, we've seen our fair share of Disney movies. And when we say our fair share, we mean literally all of them, several times. We might love Disney even more than our kids do, and you know that is? Because weunderstandwhat Disney is doing. Sure, they make movies "for kids."

But they know that they only way these kids will see these movies is with their parents. They know that while kids may beg for the merch, it's the parents who bust out the wallet at the cashier. So because of this, they make movies that are as enjoyable for adults as they are for children. And they do this by including some pretty not-safe-for-kids jokes and innuendo in their movies. That stuff might go right over kids' heads, but we see you, Disney. And we thank you. These are some of our favorite adult Disney jokes.

7 When Buzz Lightyear gets a little too, uh, excited.

In Toy Story 2, after Woody and Buzz and the rest of the gang meet Jessie, there's a scene where Jessie hops on a Hot Wheels and rides it like a skateboard through a loop and off a ramp so she can reach the doorknob and let the dog out of Andy's room. Bo-Peep might be Woody's type, but it's clear from Buzz's reaction that he prefers a rough and tumble gal like Jessie.

6 When the Sanderson Sisters' request gets a little misconstrued.

Now, there is a lot of subtle, adult-themed humor in Hocus Pocus. All those jokes about a virgin lighting the candle? Those aren't for kids. But the joke that we love is almost too subtle to be noticed. When the Sanderson Sisters board a city bus in the hopes of finding some children's souls to steal, they encounter a very pervy bus driver. Winnie says the sisters desire children, and the bus driver replies, "Hey, it may take me a couple of tries, but I don't think that'd be a problem". And he wasn't talking about finding their stop.

5 When the Genie makes a sex joke at Jasmine and Aladdin's wedding.

Original Robin Williams Genie is the best Genie and we will not entertain opinions to the contrary. And arguably one of his greatest lines, and certainly one of those more cheeky, was uttered at the wedding of Jasmine and Aladdin. After an elephant causes a bit of a shake-up, Genie says, "I thought the earth wasn't supposed to move until the honeymoon". Well played, Genie.

4 When Mia and Tia "flash" Lightning McQueen.

We'll admit that we didn't get this one right away! After all, how do cars without arms fawn over someone? They use their lights to fla...OH. Lightning McQueen was a big hit with the ladies, but no one loved him more than Mia and Tia. So to show their adoration, they flashed the guy. We wonder how many kids asked their moms to flash people after that one? Meaning with their lights, of course.

We know kids love Anna, but from an adult perspective, that girl was an ENTIRE mess in the first Frozen movie. Who couldn't see Hans was a dirt bag?! One of our favorite adult jokes from that movie happened when Anna was trying to convince Kristoff that she really DID know Hans. Kristoff, for some reason, asks about his foot size, to which Anna responds, "Foot size doesn't matter." Sweet, naive girl.

2 When Syndrome tries to go undercover as a babysitter and narrowly avoids using profanity.

It can't be easy being Jack-Jack's babysitter, especially once he discovers his powers. So when the poor hapless teenage girl in charge of keeping him alive one night answers the door to find a rather large dude in a superhero costume, she seemed relieved! Syndrome goes undercover to kidnap the baby and is wearing his costume, with a big 'S' on the front. When the sitter asks what it stands for, he says it stand for "SITTER" and then goes on to explain why he couldn't use an acronym for babysitter.

1 And an oldie but a goodie: when the VHS cover for The Little Mermaid looked a little too ... anatomically correct.

This caused quite the scandal back in the early 90's! The Little Mermaid is a Disney classic, and when the VHS first came out, everyone scrambled to get their hands on a copy. Not long after, people started to notice that one of the castle spires in the background looked a little ... phallic. OK, not a little. A LOT. It was a penis. It was allegedly an accident, but Disney reworked the artwork in subsequent releases of the movie.
